Annual Meeting 4/30/2006

The meeting this year was at the very least successful.
The doors opened at about 11:00 AM and we started
signing members up and setting up for the meeting.
Today I finally got around to double-checking the vote
results. Needless to say my original tally was incorrect
but the results were the same. The totals will be posted at
the end of this message. If anyone feels that there vote
was incorrectly entered please let me know. A few folks
may feel that their vote was not counted at all but if you
didn’t sign in, you weren’t there. Some members sent
unsigned proxies and didn’t help. Fortunately only a few
of these members were a problem. Also a few members decided
not to vote.

So now we can move forward to sell these two properties.
Hopefully we can raise enough funds to support the upkeep
of our property for many years to come.

The board will also continue work with the county on the
Senior Citizen-Community Center.

A committee has been organized to discuss what needs to
be changed on the bylaws to better prepare the grant for the future.
